- All goods must be paid for in full before collection or delivery.
- Goods will only be accepted on return at management discretion and we reserve the right to charge a handling fee.
- Prices and stock levels may change and therefore advertised goods or prices may be subject to change.
- Deliveries are kerbside only, where the driver can park and unload safely. This will be at the discretion of the driver.
- The customer is responsible for unloading goods with their own labour and without undue delay. Delays may lead to additional delivery charges for the customer.
- If the delivery can’t take place due to issues with access, adequate labour to unload or any other reason, there may be additional delivery charges for a return journey.
- Any delivery date specified is an estimate only and we will not be held liable for any consequences of delay.
- Any complaint or claim must be made to the seller within 3 days of receipt of the goods. Where a complaint is made all goods must be retained / returned un-used and un-damaged. For deliveries any issues must be noted on the delivery note.
- No claim will be accepted for any part of any consignment after work has commenced using the goods.
- The absence of any complaint or claim within 3 days is conclusive evidence that the goods conformed to the contract in all respects
- All products are purchased from us as seen and should be treated with the appropriate care / paint / sealer for a long product life.
- Any goods paid for in advance must be collected within 14 days or else storage charges may apply unless other arrangements have been agreed with management.
- Materials delivered which were ordered incorrectly by the Buyer will be accepted back at the discretion of the Seller, on the condition that the goods are in perfect order and that all costs of delivery and collection are paid for by the Buyer plus handling charge.
- Customers collecting goods are responsible for condition of transport eg. suitable for the goods and allowing for weather conditions. The Company is not liable for goods once they have left the yard.
- No guarantees or warranties are offered on any item or mechanism unless specifically stated on the item description itself.
- Until goods have been paid in full they remain the property of this Company.
- The goods shall remain the property of the seller, but the risk therein and all liability to third parties in respect thereof shall pass to the Purchaser on delivery
- For online purchases the buyer has 14 days (cooling off period) to return the goods and receive a refund. Delivery fees to /from the buyer will not be refunded and all goods must be returned to the seller in the condition they were dispatched.
- Cancellation of orders can only be made in writing within one week of the order date. A Production/Admin handling charge will apply and / or a credit note issued at the discretion of management.
- Reclaimed goods are not always perfect and are sold as such.
- The company are not liable for any consequential loss or damages caused directly or indirectly by any defect or failure in the goods
- Credit refunds, at the discretion of management, will be made only in the form of a credit note which would be valid for 3 months only! No extensions on credit notes can be given.
